Could not be easier to use. No cleanup. keurig b70 gourmet Coffee on demand. They even offer using your own beans on some models (I have not tried this yet). Customer service is great, had a problem with a peice that broke, not only did they not charge me for the part (which I would of gladly paid), but they fedx it to me. all at no charge.
Get all my coffee off the web, its a good price about $.45-.49 per cup. Also local food store are starting to carry the k-cups. Can also get the k-cups at some keurig b70 BJ’s. I have two machines and have given it as gifts to three different people. They all love it.

2. Follow the leader: The players in this warm up soccer drills activity get to learn the skill of following orders along with dribbling with their heads held high. In this activity, every player should have a ball. Ask the assistant coach or an advanced player to lead the team. This lead player must make several different moves and everyone must imitate the lead player.
3. Reaching out: In soccer practice, this is a popular and very effective stretching exercise. Direct the players to stretch their legs apart towards left, right, and center. Then, ask them to try touching their toes on all sides. At first, they may find it hard but will eventually be able to do it.
4. Lift legs up behind: This exercise helps the kids work their thighs. While standing, the kids must fold one of their thighs and hold it for a specific time. The repeat the exercise with the left leg. It is vital that the kids do not look at the ground otherwise, they may fall down.
Every practice must have an aim. As a coach, make the kids learn only 1 to 2 skills. Create games and exercises that warm up the players as well as help them stretch after the training and also develop their abilities.
